Welcome to Hello Sri Lanka www.hellosrilanka.com.au. By accessing our website, making an inquiry, or booking a tour package with us, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before making any travel arrangements.
Custom Itineraries: All tour quotes and custom itineraries provided are subject to availability at the time of booking confirmation.
Booking Confirmation: A booking is considered confirmed only after we send an official booking confirmation via email/WhatsApp and receive the agreed initial deposit.
Currency & Rates: All prices are quoted in AUD / USD (or local currency as agreed) and are subject to change until the booking deposit is paid.
Payment Schedule: A deposit is required to secure hotel and transport reservations. The remaining balance must be paid prior to or on the arrival date, as specified in your booking agreement.
Inclusions & Exclusions: Specific inclusions (e.g., accommodation, transport, entry tickets) and exclusions will be explicitly detailed in your finalized itinerary quote.
If you wish to cancel or modify your booking, you must notify us in writing as soon as possible.
Refund Process: Eligible refunds will be processed using the original method of payment within a reasonable timeframe.
Visas & Travel Documents: Travelers are solely responsible for ensuring they possess a valid passport (minimum 6 months validity from entry date) and obtaining the necessary Sri Lanka ETA (Electronic Travel Authorization) visa.
Travel Insurance: We strongly recommend that all travelers purchase comprehensive travel insurance covering medical emergencies, trip cancellations, lost luggage, and unexpected travel disruptions.
Itinerary Modifications: While we make every effort to adhere to the agreed itinerary, Hello Sri Lanka reserves the right to alter routes, accommodation, or activities due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., extreme weather, road conditions, local government advisories).
Force Majeure: We are not liable for delays, cancellations, or additional expenses caused by natural disasters, strikes, political unrest, or other events beyond our control.
Hello Sri Lanka acts as an agent connecting travelers with local transport, hotels, and tour guides. While we ensure high safety standards:
Travelers are expected to follow local laws and the safety instructions of appointed guides and drivers.
